New Delhi, May 21, 2025 — In a major diplomatic move to isolate Pakistan on the global stage, India is dispatching three high-level delegations to 32 countries across North America and Europe. The aim is to expose Pakistan’s continued support for cross-border terrorism and to rally international support against its actions.
This coordinated diplomatic campaign will see Indian representatives engage with lawmakers, policy think tanks, media, and Indian diaspora communities in key global capitals. The initiative is being described as one of India’s most comprehensive outreach efforts in recent years, aimed at building pressure on Pakistan and unmasking the realities of terrorism being harbored within its borders.
According to sources in the Ministry of External Affairs, the delegations will present evidence of Pakistan's involvement in sponsoring terrorism, including intelligence reports, dossiers, and details of terror networks operating from its soil. The campaign will also highlight the impact of these terror activities on India’s internal security and regional stability in South Asia.
"The world must be made aware of how terror is being used as a state policy by Pakistan," said a senior Indian official involved in the mission. "Our outreach will focus on getting democratic nations to recognize the threat and take a united stand."
The move comes amid increasing global concerns over terrorism and its funding. By engaging with powerful blocs in the West, India hopes to build momentum for stricter international sanctions and accountability mechanisms against nations that provide safe havens to terror groups.
This diplomatic initiative is also expected to counter Pakistan's own lobbying efforts in international forums where it has historically tried to portray itself as a victim of terrorism, despite overwhelming evidence of its role in nurturing terrorist organizations.
India’s campaign is likely to gain support from countries that have themselves faced terror threats and are aligned with India’s vision of a rules-based international order.
